If you’re not a ‘same-shake-a-day-everyday‘ kind of person, or just a taste innovator looking for a new flavour combo, then you’re sure to find something to excite your taste buds here.

While the recipes often state a specific blend you’ll find, for the most part, that they’re quite inter-changeable. For instance, Our Perfect Protein Pancakes can be made using whichever blend you have available. Try Immunity Chocolate for a sweet treat, or Chai flavoured Movement blend for something different. Using different blends will naturally affect the macro count, and the appearance of the finished product. ENJOY!

250 ml Coconut milk or your favourite milk
1 Scoop chilled Ice cream

Combine all ingredients & blend well

200ml Icy cold water
50g Spinach
50g Cucumber
1/2 Green apple (approx. 50g)

Combine all ingredients & blend well

Serves 280ml portion

1 Serve Herbal Welbeing MOVEMENT (Chai)
250ml Almond milk, or your favourite milk, warmed

Mix powder with a small amount of water, and blend to a smooth paste. pour over warmed milk & stir well. Delicious any time of day, but perfect just before bedtime.

Overnight Oats

Serves 250ml portion

Step 1: REFRIDGERATE OVERNIGHT
50g Herbal Wellbeing Protein
1C Rolled oats
1/4C Hemp seeds
20g Sultanas
500ml Almond milk, or your favourite
30g Xylitol or rice malt syrup

Combine all ingredients & mix well. Cover & place in fridge.

Serves 250ml portion

Step 2: NEXT DAY
1/4 Apple, grated
1/4C Grapes,diced
1/4C Strawberries, diced
1/4C Blueberries
1TBspn Flaked almonds, toasted
125g Low fat greek yoghurt

Add & stir through mixture

250ml Almond milk, or your favourite milk, chilled
75g Mixed berries
10g Xylitol (optional-adjust sweetness to taste)

Combine all ingredients & blend well

1/2 Banana (75g)
50g Low-fat greek toghurt

Combine all ingredients & blend well

Perfect Protein Pancakes

Serves 2

25g Herbal Wellbeing IMMUNITY (Vanilla)
1C Gluten free plain flour
1.5tspn Gluten free baking powder
10g Sweetener (optional-=adjust to taste)
1C Almond milk, or your favourite milk
1/2C Ricotta cheese
2 Eggs

Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine milk, ricotta & eggs & mix well. Add wet mixture to dry and stir gently to combine
In a well oiled pan, Over medium heat, dollop tablespoons of mix Cook until bubbles appear. Flip and continue to cook until golden
